The quality of your thoughts will determine the quality of your life.
Unfortunately, when you are deep into depression, you probably don’t even realize how much
1) your thoughts are 1 000 % crappy, and
2) how much it affects your mood, relationships, finances… your whole life!
Fortunately, and contrary to what most people think, you can change your thoughts, and one way of doing that is through affirmations.
Keep in mind that affirmations are not magic formulas you randomly pull out of your ass. There are effective ways to do affirmations and less effective ones.
